Chris and Jon believe that Eis Implement’s clients and employees should be treated how they would expect to be treated. This focus has resulted in many long lasting relationships with customers and also a low employee turnover rate. They are both very active in the day-to-day activities of the dealership and have an open-door policy.
OUR STORY
Jon Eis, COO/ co-owner and our product support specialist Scott Chalupny had the privilege to sit down with Farm Equipment magazine for a podcast while at the Precision Farming Summit in Saint Louis. They had a candid conversation about the history of Eis Implement, how they started their careers out, and what they believe has helped them be successful in an ever-evolving industry. Farm Equipment then made the trip up to our store to meet with both Chris Eis, Sales Manager/ co-owner and Jon for part-two to talk more about the family history and what the future holds for the company.
